Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CleanMatchPro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The App is operated by Vizsla Tech LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

CleanMatchPro is a client management platform for cleaning professionals to manage their property owner relationships. We facilitate communication and scheduling between parties but do not employ, supervise, or control Providers. We are not a cleaning service provider. All cleaning arrangements, schedules, and quality standards are agreed upon directly between property owners and Providers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use this App. By using CleanMatchPro, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the App. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. User Roles

Property Owners may create property listings, manage provider relationships, schedule turnovers, and communicate with connected Providers. Providers may create professional profiles, invite and manage client relationships, coordinate schedules, and communicate with connected property owners. Both parties agree to conduct themselves professionally and honestly when using the platform.

6. Fees and Payment

The shared calendar and cleaner scheduling features are free to use, always. All features are free for the first 30 days; after the 30-day free trial ends, access reverts to the free calendar unless you subscribe to the business toolkit. Property Owners: The full business toolkit — including damage claims, income and expense accounting, chart of accounts, depreciation, CPA-ready exports, and inventory tracking — is available as a subscription priced by the number of properties in your portfolio: $49.99 per month or $539.99 per year for 1 property, $69.99 per month or $755.99 per year for 2 properties, and $99.99 per month or $1,079.99 per year for 3 or more properties. One subscription covers your entire portfolio. Cleaners: The calendar and scheduling features are always free. Cleaners who want the business toolkit may subscribe for $29.99 per month or $323.99 per year. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. All fees are in US Dollars. Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with our refund policy.

7. Refund Policy

Subscription refunds for CRM plans are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be submitted through the App's support system.

8. Badge Accountability System

CleanMatchPro uses an objective badge-based rating system rather than subjective star ratings. Users receive badges based on verified behaviors and completed interactions. Accumulating strikes through verified reports may result in account restrictions or termination. The badge system is our proprietary intellectual property.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to: • Provide false or misleading information in your profile or communications • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users • Use the App for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid applicable fees • Scrape, collect, or harvest user data from the platform • Impersonate another person or entity • Interfere with the proper functioning of the App

10. Contact Information Protection

The App includes systems to detect and prevent sharing of contact information (phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles) in messages between users who are not yet connected. Attempts to circumvent these protections may result in account suspension or termination.

11. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit (profile information, photos, messages). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App for the purpose of providing our services. CleanMatchPro, including its Badge Accountability System, design, and code, is the intellectual property of Vizsla Tech LLC.

12. Independent Contractor Relationship

Providers using this platform are independent contractors, not employees of Vizsla Tech LLC or any property owner. CleanMatchPro does not control how, when, or where Providers perform their services. Providers are solely responsible for their own taxes, insurance, licenses, and compliance with applicable laws.

13. Limitation of Liability

CleanMatchPro is a matchmaking platform only. To the maximum extent permitted by law: We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from interactions between property owners and Providers, including property damage, theft, personal injury, or quality of service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vizsla Tech LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or your interactions with other users.

16. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, accumulation of strikes through the Badge Accountability System, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

17. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

18. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
